Aiworks may process email, name, password hash, mobile number, member segment, company or team name, and primary interest for account creation and service use. For expert member applications, Aiworks may additionally process specialty, portfolio URL, and expert introduction.

Personal data is used for account creation, identification, service support, expert review, customer support, security and abuse prevention, and service improvement.

3. Retention

Personal data is retained until account deletion or the relevant purpose is fulfilled. Information that must be retained under applicable law may be stored separately for the required period.

4. Third-Party Disclosure

Aiworks does not provide personal data to third parties unless the user consents or applicable law permits it. If transaction features such as expert requests are provided, Aiworks will separately explain the required scope and recipients.

5. Processing by Vendors

Aiworks may use cloud infrastructure, notification, security, and support tools for service operation. When outsourcing is required, Aiworks applies appropriate privacy protection standards.

6. User Rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal data through the support page.

Aiworks stores passwords as hashes and applies access control and log review practices to protect personal data.
