1. Purpose

These terms define the basic rules for using Aiworks, including AI work discovery, self tools, expert request preparation, and enterprise adoption consultation.

2. Accounts

Users may sign up as general members or expert members. One account may request AI work, while expert activity is available after a separate review.

3. Service Use

Aiworks helps users find AI-enabled work and organize the materials and scope needed to start. Transaction features such as expert requests, payment, and settlement will follow separate policies and screen notices when provided.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must keep their information accurate and must not submit or share another person's rights, personal data, trade secrets, account credentials, or access information without authorization.

5. AI Work Cautions

Users must not include sensitive information such as resident registration numbers, passwords, API keys, raw customer personal data, or company confidential information in requests. Users are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted outputs before use.

6. Expert Members

Expert members may submit specialties, portfolio URLs, and introductions. Aiworks may approve, hold, or restrict expert activity to maintain service quality and safe operations.

7. Service Changes

Aiworks may change service structure, delivery methods, menus, and features for stable operation. Important changes will be announced through service screens or notices.
