Case Publication Policy
1. Approval
Case publication proceeds after an expert request, customer approval, and administrator review. Customer approval is recorded as consent for the scope and summary.
2. Public Scope
Published information is limited to work type, problem context, deliverable type, anonymized outcomes, and summaries approved for disclosure.
3. Non-Public Information
Detailed commercial terms, personal data, trade secrets, internal materials, security information, and source files are not published without separate approval.
4. Administrator Review
Administrators may publish, reject, hide, or request re-review, and the decision is kept in audit logs.
5. Withdrawal and Edits
If an edit or withdrawal request is made after publication, operations review the reason, retention duties, and public scope before processing.
